Bio:
As a Board Certified Otolaryngologist, Diane M. Mayland, MD,
FACS, has been in practice at BayCare Clinic since 2003. In
1982, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a
Bachelor of Science with Honors in Anthropology and was involved in
genetic research. She then attended the University of
Wisconsin-Madison Medical School, graduating in 1986. After
completing her internship and residency at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison Hospitals and Clinics in 1991, she practiced
privately in Appleton before moving to Green Bay. She became
a Fellow in the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck
Surgery in 1995 and in 2007 was elected to Fellowship in the
American College of Surgeons. At BayCare Clinic, she has been
managing partner of the Ear, Nose & Throat department since
2009. She enjoys all aspects of the surgical specialty of
otolaryngology and sees patients of all ages. She strives to
give her patients the best care possible in a friendly and
compassionate manner.
A native of Madison, she has been a life-long citizen of
Wisconson. She is married to a professional musician and has
a son in college. She enjoys music and has been a member of
the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra viola section for 16 years and has
served on their Board of Directors. In her spare time,
she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and golden
retriever.
