Our doctors are physiatrists, medical doctors that specialize in
muscles, bones and nerves. We diagnose and treat injuries and
illnesses that affect how people move. Our goal is to restore
function without surgery, reducing pain and stress on the
body.
Our physical medicine and rehabilitation team offers both
diagnostic tests and treatment. We emphasize non-operative
treatment including physical therapy, occupational therapy,
body mechanics and acupunture.
Treatment options include physical modalities, such as heat or
ice, and therapeutic exercise to improve function. When
needed, interventional services such Botox, intrathecal drug
delivery, and pain management are provided.

Physical Rehab Team
Our physical rehabilitation doctors manage care with
an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team of colleagues from
BayCare Clinic. Services includes include multidisciplinary
outpatient care as well as inpatient rehab.
Physical rehabilitation doctors may prescribe physical therapy,
along with occupational, speech and recreational therapy. They
also manage their patient's physical rehab and monitor any related
therapies.
